Emergency Service
The Old Town Water District is dedicated to
providing a safe and reliable water supply. While the Old Town Water
District utilizes a Capital Improvements Program to help maintain and improve
our water system, unexpected water emergencies still occur.
For reporting water emergencies such as water main breaks, service leaks, valve
leaks, hydrant knockovers, high line leaks, and pressure problems. A water
emergency is also water flowing from the ground or a pipe causing flooding, soil
erosion, pavement or structure damage. This hotline
takes calls and dispatches emergency staff to investigate the nature of your
call. Those calling to report a problem during normal working hours Monday thru
Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM should dial (207) 827-2145. Our
staff will ask you the nature of your call and the location of the problem.
For reporting water emergencies after normal hours please dial the emergency
duty phone at (207) 852-2620.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience while the crews are responding to
water emergencies and reported water leaks.
