While experience in the drinking water field is valuable, we recognize that the ideal candidate may not meet every preferred qualification. For the right individual someone who is accountable, self-driven, and eager to build a long-term career we are willing to provide training and professional development.

Preferred Background (We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and work ethic.)

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in the drinking water field or water treatment operations is a plus.
Mechanical aptitude or experience with water system maintenance, installation, or repair is desirable.
Ability to work independently, often alone, with strong accountability and reliability.
Willingness to obtain a Class III Water Treatment License within 3 years (required).
Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check, and possess a valid drivers license.
